Dein Monster zählt bis drei

Der Website-Schnelltest bekommt ein Gesicht: Dein Website-Monster schaut sich die Seite an, zählt kurz runter und zeigt dann das Ergebnis. Mitglieder finden jede geprüfte Website ab sofort in ihrem Konto wieder.

  • NewWebsite-Schnelltest: Beim Prüfen kommt dein Website-Monster ins Bild und zählt 3 · 2 · 1 – das Ergebnis erscheint danach in Ruhe. Wer Bewegung abgeschaltet hat, bekommt es ohne Wartezeit.
  • NewIn der Ergebnis-Box spricht dein Website-Monster: Es nennt die zwei Punkte, die es zuerst anfassen würde – und sagt, wie es weitergeht.
  • NewAus dem Check wird eine Anfrage: Angemeldete Kunden klicken „Monster rufen“ oder „Monster-Check anfragen“ – das Ergebnis geht als Nachricht mit allen dringenden Punkten ans Team, Kopie an den Kunden, Status im Konto sichtbar. Kein Umweg über Preisseite oder Chat.
  • NewMein Konto → „Meine Website-Checks“: Jede Website, die du angemeldet prüfst, landet mit allen Punkten, Erklärung und Zeitpunkt in deinem Konto – erneut prüfen, Monster rufen, Monster-Check buchen oder löschen.
  • NewOhne Konto bleibt alles wie bisher: Ergebnis sofort, nichts gespeichert. Die Hinweise auf der Seite und in der Datenschutzerklärung sagen das jetzt genau so.
  • ImprovedMonster-Zentrale → Kundenakte: Die Website-Checks des Kunden stehen in der Akte – mit Einzelpunkten, als Grundlage für Beratung und Angebote.
  • NewNeue Eigenart im Konto: „Prüf-Monster“ für die erste geprüfte Website.

Sicher angemeldet, sicher ausgeliefert

Version 3.1 schließt zwei Lücken, die man nicht sieht: Die Anmeldung in der Monster-Zentrale verlangt wieder bei jedem Mal den zweiten Code, und Updates kommen bei allen Besuchern sofort an. Dazu zwei neue Einstiege auf der Startseite.

  • NewStartseite: Statt Eingabefeldern gibt es zwei Monster-Kacheln – „Wie fit ist deine Website?“ und „Deine Wunschdomain – noch frei?“ – die direkt zum Website-Schnelltest und zur Domain-Börse führen.
  • FixedMonster-Zentrale: Der 6-stellige Code kommt wieder bei jeder Anmeldung. „Diesem Browser vertrauen“ ist standardmäßig aus und nur noch von Superadmins begrenzt freischaltbar; bisher vertraute Browser wurden vergessen.
  • FixedNach einem Update sahen Stammbesucher teils noch alte Seiten. Jetzt sagen Seiten, Service-Worker und Dateien dem Browser genau, wie lange sie gelten – neue Versionen sind sofort sichtbar.
  • NewSecurity-Center in der Zentrale: Zwei-Faktor je Admin, vertraute Browser, Anmeldungen, Sperren, Sicherungen und Version auf einer Seite – mit Alarmen und Empfehlungen.
  • NewUpdates & Sicherungen: „Live-Stand prüfen“ vergleicht die installierte Version mit dem, was der Server wirklich ausliefert, und läuft nach jedem Update automatisch.
  • ImprovedJede Seite trägt eine Build-Kennung; Version und Build sind öffentlich abfragbar, damit Prüfungen nach einem Update eindeutig sind.

Aufgeräumt und geprüft

Version 3.0 bringt keine neuen Knöpfe, sondern Ruhe: Wir haben jede Seite auf Handy, Tablet und großem Bildschirm geprüft und Darstellungsfehler an der Ursache behoben.

  • FixedDas Hintergrundmuster der Monster-Seiten bleibt jetzt an seinem Platz – auch wenn sich der Inhalt darunter verändert.
  • FixedDomainsuche: Die Ergebnisse stehen jetzt über die volle Breite, das Monster daneben bleibt stehen.
  • ImprovedDie Kurstafel der Domain-Börse ist auf dem Handy als übersichtliche Karten lesbar – nichts wird mehr abgeschnitten.
  • ImprovedHinter den Kulissen: automatische Prüfungen aller Seiten in vier Bildschirmbreiten und Bildvergleiche, damit Behobenes behoben bleibt.

Klarer Kontostatus

Dein Kundenkonto zeigt dir jetzt, wenn sich am Vertrag etwas ändert – zum Beispiel eine vorgemerkte Kündigung mit Datum.

  • NewKontostatus im Kundenkonto: Ist eine Kündigung vorgemerkt oder dein Konto eingeschränkt, siehst du es sofort – mit einem Hinweis, was zu tun ist.
  • ImprovedRechnungen und Nachrichten bleiben auch nach Vertragsende in deinem Konto erreichbar.
  • ImprovedHinter den Kulissen: nachvollziehbare Kundenverwaltung mit Verlauf und geschützter Admin-Ansicht.

Eine Domain-Seite, ehrliche Preise

Domainsuche, Domain-Börse und Domain-Monster sind jetzt eine Seite. Preise kommen nur noch, wenn unser Domain-Partner sie wirklich liefert.

  • ImprovedEine Adresse für alles rund um Domains: Wunschdomain prüfen, Kurse ansehen und das Domain-Monster kennenlernen – auf einer Seite. Alte Links führen automatisch dorthin.
  • FixedPreise für Domains werden zuverlässiger übernommen. Fehlt ein Preis, bieten wir die Endung lieber nicht an, statt zu schätzen.
  • ImprovedHinter den Kulissen: Prüfknopf für die Verbindung zum Domain-Partner und eine Statusanzeige in der Monster-Zentrale.

Deine Domain-Anfrage wird jetzt direkt registriert, sobald wir sie bestätigen – mit Rechnung und Bestätigung per Mail.

  • NewDomain Monster: Nach unserer Bestätigung wird deine Wunschdomain sofort registriert. Du bekommst eine Bestätigung per E-Mail und eine Rechnung.
  • ImprovedBei der Anfrage fragen wir gleich die Anschrift des Domain-Inhabers ab – die Vergabestelle braucht sie, so geht es schneller.
  • ImprovedIst deine Wunschdomain in der Zwischenzeit vergeben, sagen wir dir das ehrlich und bieten eine Alternative an.

Four new monsters, a self-service customer area, Lexware at the heart of it all, an app feel on your phone – and a beta where you get a say.

  • NewFour new monsters with fixed packages: the Connect Monster links your programs, the Lost Monster finds lost logins, the Project Monster plans and manages projects, and the Start Monster gets founders off the ground.
  • NewCustomer area 2.0: your monster ID card with MonsterID and customer number, manage your profile and billing details yourself, optional password, log out on all devices, download your data or delete your account.
  • NewMessages in your customer account: write to us directly, track progress and get replies by email. For urgent cases: a callback at a time of your choice.
  • NewDesign your own monster, use it as an avatar and share it via a link. Over time it gets quirks – from what you do in your account.
  • ImprovedLexware Office is now the leading system: customer number, invoices, delivery notes and quotes come from there, changes in your account are synchronised automatically, and you can download invoices in your account.
  • FixedInvoices failed with an incomprehensible message for customers without a billing address. Now the system clearly says which details are missing.
