Hostingmonster Rapid Response Unit

We fix everything.
And explain what was going on.

Hacked WordPress, a crashed shop, vanished emails or a provider who no longer replies: we find the cause, fix it and tell you in plain English what happened. No techno-babble. No nonsense.

What we fix

Whatever's playing up – we'll get it working again.

You don't need to know what's broken. Tell us what you see. We'll find the rest.

How a fix-up works

AI for speed. People for sense.

MiloQ, our AI, helps narrow things down quickly. The assessment, decision and explanation always come from a human.

01

You report

What’s going on, since when, what do you see? A screenshot helps.

02

Diagnosis

MiloQ analyses symptoms and traces; a human checks the result.

03

Price quote

You get the cause, a plan and a price. Work only starts once you say yes.

04

Troubleshooting

We repair, clean up and secure – documented in 15-minute increments.

05

Plain-language report

What happened, what we did, how it won’t happen again.

Transparency guarantee

You always know what we're doing – and what it costs.

We’ve set ourselves one goal: to help people, not to rip them off. That’s why this guarantee applies to every fix.

  1. Price up frontYou get a price before we start. If it turns out to be more work, we ask again – no surprises on the invoice.
  2. Every quarter hour documentedWe bill in 15-minute increments (€30 net), and you can see what each unit was for.
  3. Plain-language reportCause, measures and recommendations – written so you understand it and can pass it on.
  4. Your data, your loginsEverything stays yours. You get the changed login details and a backup of the previous state.
  5. Straight talkIf a repair isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you – even if a rebuild would mean less work for us.
Hacked? Here's what to do now

Four things in the first few minutes.

Don’t panic. These steps won’t make anything worse – and they help us help you faster.

1. Don’t delete anythingTraces help us find the entry point. Leave unfamiliar files where they are for now, too.
2. Use a clean deviceOnly change passwords from a device that’s definitely not affected.
3. Report it to usThe sooner we take a look, the less damage. Choose the urgency “Today”.
4. Think about data protectionIf customer data is affected, you may need to notify the authority within 72 hours (Art. 33 GDPR). We’ll help you with that.
